Sunday Morning Worship Celebrations – Sundays at 10:30am
The voices of children are welcome and celebrated in our service! Please know that you are welcome to keep your children with you. There are bags with toys and coloring pages and a rocking chair available in the sanctuary. If you need a changing table or wish to visit the nursery, please feel free to do so. It is on the basement level, off the main room, by the steps.
Our Sunday morning sign language interpreter is a student, not a certified interpreter. She offers her thanks to our Deaf friends for their patience as she continues to learn and improve.
There is a ramp to the front of the church and elevator access to the basement. If you have questions about accessibility, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Hudson First UMC is an inclusive congregation. Everyone is welcome to join us for worship, including communion. We believe there are no limitations on the invitation to the Lord’s table.
Wednesday Nights
Join us on Wednesday evenings at 6:30. Pastor Brian will provide a scripture or theme and, together, we will study it and consider creative ways to share what we’ve learned with the congregation. This might mean acting, painting, poetry, pretty crafts, mathematical expressions (we don’t know how that would work, really… but maybe you do!) What will it look like? Nobody knows. That’s the whole idea! We want to see how God moves YOU and YOUR creativity!
Online options:
We understand that there are a number of reasons why you might not be able to join us in person, but God’s love knows no time or space.

April 2023
Happy April everyone…and Happy Easter! I had a conversation with a friend once who told me all about how Easter is really a pagan holiday and that the Christians took it over. I asked them to explain this. “Well,” they said, “the word Easter is derived from the word Ishtar, and was originally a festival…
March 2023
Greetings in Christ! I pray that the month of March is off to a good start for you all. Here we are, once again in the Lenten season. What is Lent? Lent is a time of repentance, fasting and preparation for the coming of Easter. For many it is a time for penance, as we…
